Shipping Policy

We ship fresh possibilities — straight to your door.

Processing Time

We pack and dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Please note: During peak times or promotions, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your bread mix to you ASAP.

Shipping Rates

Small Parcels (Under 2kg): $11.00
Medium Parcels (2-9kg): $12.75

Large Parcels (9-15kg): $14.50

Rural Delivery: + $5.50 per parcel

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $180

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Delivery Timeframes

We use reliable courier services to deliver across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Rural addresses may require an additional 1–2 days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is late, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us at bread@alternativebread.co.nz within 3 days of expected delivery. We’ll work with the courier to sort it out quickly.

Additional Notes

We do not ship outside New Zealand at this time.
We ship to Rural Delivery address - there is an additional charge of $5.50 per RD address
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.
