Shipping and Delivery
Your orders will be shipped through our courier network on a Monday (excluding Public Holidays), Wednesday or Thursday. We do not despatch on Fridays to eliminate goods sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Estimated Delivery Times
We usually expect your parcel to be with you within 2/3 business days. Rural delivery can be an additional 3 business days and will usually arrive with your normal rural delivery driver. During peak delivery and seasonal times, there may be a longer estimated delivery time.
Our parcels do not require a signature. If you require a signature, please contact us to arrange this. There is an additional charge for signature required.
Tracking your Parcel
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been packed and is awaiting collection from the courier. You will be able to track progress through the link.
In the event that your goods have been damaged in transit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving including photos of the damaged goods. Parcels that are damaged through mishandling in our courier network will have a claim logged against them for replacement.
We do ask that if your parcel has not reached you in the condition we would have expected, please reach out to us first before taking to social media.
