Returns and Cancellations

Order Amendments 

You can amend you order prior to your order being allocated for picking. Please email bread@alternativebread.co.nz with the changes you require. We will endeavour to to this.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, The Alternative Bread Company must be notified in writing (email: bread@alternativebread.co.nz) before your order is allocated for picking. There is a cancellation free of 1% for administration costs and online commission fees.

Returns 

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

The Alternative Bread Company is not responsible to give refunds for products that match the description and in the case of the buyer being unsatisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products,  a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund or replacement. Products are only replaced or refunded if they are damaged or defective. Buyers must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund.

If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. For further information, please contact us. We appreciate you talking to us before talking to social media.
