Spicy Chocolate Chunk Biscuits

You Will Need

  • 275g Spicy Fruit Mix
  • 125g Butter
  • 100g White Sugar
  • 100g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1½ tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Chocolate Chunks (you can roughly chop a block up or use chocolate chips)

The perfect biscuit to have with a cuppa. These are super easy and will be a hit with the whole family.


Cream the butter and sugars together until they are light and fluffy

Beat in the egg and vanilla.

Mix in the Spicy Fruit breadmix and baking powder to combine

Fold the the chocolate chunks.

Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Leave room for the biscuits to spread.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Leave to cool slightly on the baking tray before transferring to wire rack to finish cooling.

Try not to eat all at once.


Breadmaker Option:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and then transfer to your breadmaker tin.
Select the gluten free setting.
